Unleashing Unconditional Love
Unconditional love is explained as "love without any limitations, or love without conditions." Many believe that only God is the only one capable of expressing unconditional love, although we too can express unconditional love because by nature we freely express love.
The expression of unconditional love is experienced when one acts from a centered place from within. Meaning; when your awareness of your heart expands and all fear is let go, this is when love will flow naturally. When we change our perception of love from within ourselves and view love like an aspect of ourselves that no one can take away, cannot waver, that never needs to be worked for or sought out, this is unconditional love.
There are two forces that really matter in this life, the force of fear and the force of love. In every moment, every choice, and every action we are either moving towards fear or towards love. The further away from fear we are the closer we are to unleashing unconditional love.
Fear comes in many forms and it weakens the spirit. For many years I was living out of fear. I was always doubting myself and judging myself on how I acted, looked and talked. Stemming from this self judgement I became a very angry person and because of my insecurities I looked for any reason be be bitter or jealous. Every once and awhile I will feel fear creep into my awareness, but I quickly acknowledge it and let it go.
Love on the other hand is anything that lights you up inside; its joy, contentment, acceptance, and generosity. Its a partnership with knowing that there is something much bigger than yourself; this is true love and it lives within you.
Love has a way of harmonizing your life because love is a force that is irresistible. It attracts everything positive, calms our worries, and more than any other energy it brings us back to who we really are. From the heart, love flows as gently as our breathing. The heart is the place where we feel love, express love and share love. As you begin to explore your heart you begin to realize that love is not something we have to look for in others. but is actually our true nature and who we all are.
We put limits on love, because we judge ourselves as unworthy of love that has no conditions on it, but once the essence of unconditional love is woken from within, we begin to experience that love it a natural aspect of your true self. It is then that you can build upon this experience for the rest of your life, being whole and fulfilled with unconditional love.
